The app doesnt allow you to listen to music at the same time. Otherwise, It is a fun and helpful tool for Latin vocabulary.
Nice idea, unfortunately doesnt work... Hope theres a bug-fix update...
I enjoyed playing the game to learn vocabulary, with the "Always show hint" and "Head start mode" on. But since upgrading to iOS 10, the options no longer work on my iPad mini 3 (on iPhone 6 its fine). I can show the hint for every word but that is a nuisance. I have deleted and reinstalled the app twice but no luck. Within the last couple of weeks I submitted a request to fix this problem but unfortunately nothing has happened, so I dont bother using it anymore.
A good basic idea. Wish there were levels based on word frequency. The Latin words I keep getting are not any normal familiar words that an average grad student would know. Maybe my random sample was skewed.
I enjoy this app very much. It gives what you would expect and works very well. I believe, as a previous reviewer stated, there may be some words with "W"s in them but it was too infrequent for me to hold it against them and I cant be positive. I would have given this 5 stars but I have an iTouch vers 4.2. It was fine when I first go the app but since theyve updated it, the app will not update for me anymore. While I can still use the version I have, I am concerned that if I ever have a problem, I will only be able to delete it. Developers: Please make this compatible with the older versions again!
